MILLER GOLF COMPLEX
Begun as a golf training center and driving range, the golf complex today realizes the long-range dreams of the Miller family. In 1993, the Miller family, in conjunction with the Dixon Park District and the Dixon Petunia Festival, hosted the 1st Annual Golf Tourney to raise funds for landscaping and equipment.
Longtime area golf expert, Jim Stewart administered the building of the driving range as well as the executive course, developed in a wooded setting of mature stands of native trees.
Today, the golf complex offers a lighted driving range, putting greens, pitching greens, a 24-hour ball machine, private and group lessons, and the newly completed nine-hole course.
GOLF COURSE
The nine-hole golf course was officially opened on July 14, 2007 with dedication ceremonies by Miller family relatives. The unique course offers a blend of playing style to accommodate young and old alike. Click here for the course layout.
Play all day in 2010, for $8 (walking) ~ 12 years and younger play all day for $5 (walking) with parent or grandpaprent.
